Cabinet Planner supports two export formats designed for different production needs: PDF manufacturing reports and CSV spreadsheets.

PDF Manufacturing Reports PRO

The most comprehensive export format, generating professional documents ready for the workshop floor.

What's Included

  • Cover Page — Project name, date, and optional snapshot of the design
  • Table of Contents — Automatic page numbering for all sections
  • Global Bill of Materials (BOM) — Complete parts list across all cabinets, grouped by material
  • Per-Cabinet BOM — Detailed parts breakdown for each individual cabinet
  • Technical Drawings — Dimensional drawings showing cabinet construction
  • Edge Banding Requirements — Linear meters of banding needed per edge, per part
  • Grain Direction Indicators — Visual markers showing grain orientation for each panel
  • Machinist Notes — Sidebar notes for workshop reference

How to Export PDF

  1. 1Open your project in the editor
  2. 2Click the Export menu in the toolbar
  3. 3Select "Export PDF"
  4. 4The PDF is generated and downloaded automatically
PDF is a PRO feature — available with the Pro plan (€20/month).

CSV Export

Spreadsheet-compatible export for production planning and inventory management. Available on all plans.

Two CSV formats available

1. BOM (Grouped Parts)
  • Parts combined and grouped across all cabinets
  • Columns: Part name, quantity, width, height, material, thickness, grain direction
  • Useful for: Material procurement, sheet cutting optimization
2. Assembly List (Per Cabinet)
  • Parts organized by individual cabinet
  • Columns: Cabinet name, part name, width, height, material, edge banding details
  • Useful for: Assembly instructions, per-unit production tracking

How to Export CSV

  1. 1Open your project in the editor
  2. 2Click the Export menu
  3. 3Choose "Export BOM (CSV)" or "Export Assembly List (CSV)"
  4. 4File downloads as .csv, openable in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app
